Michelle Smith of USA Drug was honored Aug. 3 at Butler County Health Department in Poplar Bluff. She was honored for supporting breastfeeding through the St. Francois County Health Center. The Breastfeeding Celebration was sponsored by the Southeast Missouri Breastfeeding Taskforce.
